ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dan Baird - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

  • Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives.
  • Needs to have ability to coach on sales tactics and processes
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3 years in prior customer service, 1 year in a managerial role
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Successful sales ability
  • Texas Property Casualty, and Texas Life Health and Series 6 and Series 63 are a plus, and must be able to obtain
Compensation $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
